Rai Bandhej is known for its fine, grain-like dots created through the Bandhani tying technique, giving the fabric a distinctive, closely patterned finish.

 

3. Can I customise the blouse embroidery or motifs?

Customisation depends on the design and what can be accommodated during production. Contact us with the piece you're interested in, and we'll confirm the options.

4. Can I get a blouse stitched or customised through Zarii Kairi?

Please contact us with your garment and stitching requirements. Our team can confirm whether blouse stitching or customisation is available for your chosen piece.

5. Can I order additional matching dupattas and odhnas?

Availability depends on the design and fabric. Share the details of your chosen piece with us, and we'll confirm whether matching fabric or accessories can be arranged.

6. How should I store my outfits?

Store your outfits folded in the breathable muslin cloth bag that is provided in our packaging. To keep embellishments from rubbing against each other, place parchment paper between each fold and store away from direct sunlight and moisture. 

Follow the care instructions supplied with your piece. Silk, chiffon, tissue and embellished fabrics need different handling, so professional cleaning may be the safest choice for delicate garments.

 

7. How should I press or iron my outfits?

Use low heat only if the fabric permits, and iron from the reverse side with a protective cloth. Avoid direct heat on embellishments; we recommend professional ironing services as a much safer option for delicate pieces.

8. Can I enquire about a piece I saw on Instagram?

Absolutely. Send us the post or a screenshot of the piece via WhatsApp or Instagram DM, and our team will help you with the details and purchase process.

9. Are your pieces made to order or ready to ship?

We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces. Availability varies by design, so contact us to confirm the status and expected timeline for your chosen garment.

10. Can I visit the Zarii Kairi studio to see the garments in person?

Yes, studio visits are by appointment. Contact us to arrange a visit and let us know which pieces you'd like to see.
