  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Garments involving specialised hand-dyeing, custom measurements, or any intricate embroidery require 1.5 months (6 weeks) for handcrafting and dispatch.
  • Domestic Delivery (India): Complimentary insured shipping across India via premium courier partners. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days post-dispatch.
  • International Delivery: Worldwide shipping is currently not available.
  • Order Tracking: Tracking details will be automatically emailed or messaged via WhatsApp once the package is handed over to the courier partner.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all dispatch timelines, Zarii Kairi is not liable for unexpected transit delays caused by security clearances, weather disruptions, or courier operational issues.
  • Urgent Delivery Requests: Priority queues or expedited dispatch requests must be confirmed with our team before placing the order.
